Welcome to the ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) web based partner purchasing portal. We provide this service to you subject to the following terms and conditions. You confirm your acceptance of these conditions when you shop at our web store:
Prices of equipment, software, and shipping charges are in (US $) United States dollars. Prices are for product only and do not include taxes, shipping, custom fees, etc.
The image displayed for every product may not be the exact picture. Photos are for display purposes only.
ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) makes the best effort to convey the latest product information we receive from our vendors. ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to accuracy of the information, including price, product editorials, or product specifications. All invoices and payments are subject to audit. This sale is made contingent on the condition that the invoice will be audited and any errors in calculations will be corrected and any credits or additional charges will represent the true balance due.
When you visit our web store or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Condition of Sale
The terms and conditions of sale contained herein supersede all agreements made and purchase orders submitted to and accepted by ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology). All agreements are contingent upon such unavoidable incidents as strikes, accidents, material shortage, or other delays beyond ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology)s control.
Software Sales Final
Whenever possible ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) will offer demo versions of software free of charge, for a period of time as allowed by manufacturer.
All software sales are final. ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) will not refund money or exchange any software purchased.
Software cannot be returned. Hardware returns can be accepted only on brand new factory-packed merchandise. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges may be processed up to 7 days after arrival date. There may be a 15% restocking fee or cash payment or a 20% restocking charge on credit card purchases to cover processing, insurance, and bank charges.
To return an item go to http://www.abptech.com/mainpages/support/supportcase.html to submit a Return Authorization Number (RMA) request. Ship fully insured and freight charges prepaid. Returns without RMA number or sent freight collect will be rejected.
RMA number must be visibly displayed on outside of box or in reference area of shipping documents.
All merchandise left our warehouse in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to buyer as soon as such goods are picked up by carrier for delivery to buyer. Buyer should therefore inspect all packages for damages before signing delivery receipt. Claims should be filed immediately with the carrier (not with ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) ) for merchandise damaged in transit.
Deposits are not refundable unless otherwise specifically stated and can only be used for purchase of merchandise.
Prices and Payment
Invoices are due and payable in accordance with the terms listed on the front of the invoice. An interest charge of 2% per month will be added to past due accounts.
We accept money orders, cashier(s) checks and company checks. Please make checks payable to ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology). The amount of the check must be exactly the total of the order including shipping and handling, and sales tax, where applicable. We require a photocopy of these checks faxed to our office for verification. We also require a credit card on file until we can establish credit terms.
If a check tendered for payment by the purchaser is stopped or refused by the purchaser(s) bank, ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) will have the right to charge all or part of the amount due on any bank or charge card given by the purchaser as a credit guarantee.
ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. We will not charge your credit card until the item has been shipped unless agreed otherwise. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
ABP requires a signed Credit Card Authorization (CCA) form on file for all transactions above $1,000.00 and for all International orders.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you place your order online. If there are any miscalculations, ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) has the right to correct shipping charges at anytime.
Delivery of merchandise if agreed upon shall take place according to original agreement unless special circumstances prevent ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) from delivering according to previously designated terms, in which case ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) shall have a reasonable period of time in which to make delivery of the item (as purchased).
Customer must be present to accept delivery. In the event that customer is unable to take delivery of the purchased item (at the originally agreed time and said customer fails to give ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) reasonable notice of such inability), there may be an additional charge for a second delivery.
ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology), its hardware suppliers, or its software suppliers makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the applicability of any hardware or software to any specific purpose.
ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology), its hardware suppliers, or its software suppliers accept no liability for loss or damage caused, or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by computer equipment or software sold by ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) including but not limited to any interruption of service, loss of business or anticipatory profits or special or consequential damages resulting from the use or operation of such computer equipment or computer software.
All implied warranties including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded.
Disclaimer of Warranties on All Software
ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to all software and accompanying manuals and materials, regardless of their source, quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. All such items are sold or licensed to purchaser by ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) on an "as is" basis. The entire risk as to their quality and performance is with the purchaser. Manufacturer Licensing terms apply.
Should such software prove defective following their purchase, purchaser assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction and any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect in such software. In no event will ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) or its suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any defect, even if ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Opening or otherwise tampering with the system for any purpose, including upgrading, by unqualified personnel may jeopardize all warranties.
Manufacturer warranty terms apply and will be passed on to VAR or end-user depending on manufacturer terms and conditions. Items without manufacturer warranty and not accompanied by a warranty card are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover any damage due to accidents, misuse or negligence. All items with factory warranty for longer periods of time must be sent for repair or replacement to the factory, or authorized service center with full insurance coverage and freight charges prepaid. Transportation Charges for Warranty Service
The cost of freight or transportation to and from any of ABP International, Inc. (ABP Technology) service centers, which may be required in order to complete any repair service under the terms of any manufacturers' limited warranty, will be at the expense of the Purchaser
